Over the past decade, the global shift towards remote, or virtual teams has seen an upwards trend. Shifts in the 2020 job market due to Covid-19 have further escalated this phenomenon. It is estimated that 70% of the workforce will be working remotely at least five days a month by 2025. In this Skills Gap conversation with Dr. Eunice Sari, CEO & Co-Founder of UX Indonesia & Customer Experience Insight Pty Ltd, we discussed skills and behaviours critical for excellent virtual teamwork skills for graduates.

This Skills Gap Conversation covers:

  • Effective virtual teamwork skills
  • Successful behaviours when working virtually
